Ingredients
- 1 pkg (3.5 oz/100 g) frozen acai berry purée, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups each of strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
Topping:
- 1 cup Peace Cereal® French Vanilla Granola
- 1/4 cup each of blueberries and blackberries
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup sliced natural almonds
- 4 tsp black chia seeds
Directions
- In a blender, combine acai berry purée, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, almond milk, and honey. Purée until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and purée until smooth.
- Divide the mixture evenly among 4 bowls. Top with granola, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, almonds and chia seeds.
